Our client is one of the leading accounting firms in Australia and prides itself on its inclusive and collaborative culture. This is a true business partner role based in Albury, that will see you joining the business during an exciting period of change.
Reporting to the Northern HR Leader and working closely with the local Chief Executive, this is a challenging role where you will be responsible for executing key HR initiatives that enable a high performance culture. You will take responsibility for the local delivery of Group HR programs, get involved in advising, coaching and influencing managers on a variety of issues including talent and performance management, along with a wide scope of other HR tasks.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders, a professional approach along with the drive and resilience to work in a changing environment. You will have tertiary level qualifications in HR and have gained previous experience in a HR business partnering role.
