BAE Systems committed team in Bandiana supports programs of national significance including maintaining military vehicles and other defence equipment for the Australian Defence Force.  We currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic logistic trainee to join our Defence Logistics team on fixed day shifts on a full time, 12 month fixed term contract.

As a Logistic Trainee on our team, you will perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, stocktaking and receipting of goods.  Upon successful completion of the traineeship a forklift licence, stockpicker licence and a certificate 11 in Transport and Logistics will be awarded.

As the ideal applicant, you will have:
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to proactively contribute in a team environment
• Enthusiasm and a general willingness to learn
• Ability to maintain a safe workplace

Whilst not essential, previous experience in logistics will be highly regarded.
