Safety Adviser > Commercial & Industrial Projects > Regional NSW
We are currently representing a company whose principal objective is to deliver quality projects on time and on budget in their search of a Safety Advisor.
This company has just picked up two projects in regional NSW and is looking for a competent individual who has good construction experience (ideally commercial) and IT skills.
The successful candidate will be someone with at least 3 years relevant experience and have accreditation as a WHSO, Safety Committee member training, Safety Representative training, General Safety Induction Card and a Diploma in OHS is recommended.
As the successful candidate your purpose will be to manage the corporate EHS&Q management systems on site ensuring compliance with the system and relevant WHS and Environmental Legislation.
Other responsibilities will include completing assigned EHS&Q Management system tasks for the assigned construction projects and ensure communication on site is of an honest an open nature at all times.
The successful candidate will posses strong skills in the following areas: written and verbal communication, planning and organization, time management, teamwork, negotiating and conflict management.
This position provides the right candidate with a permanent position and an immediate start with a company that is about to embark on two exciting projects with a combined value of almost $90m.
