Our client is a global FMCG business with international operations supplying product to markets around the world. Renowned for the pace at which they operate and go to market with new products, they are seeking a dedicated continuous improvement professional to develop and lead multi-site CI programs both in Australia and overseas.

Reporting directly to the GM Operations this is a high profile role leading towards a group operations leadership role as a next step. As such, we\'re seeking a strong leader with experience in high-performing manufacturing / FMCG environments. You will also have a track record of improving manufacturing performance across productivity, operational efficiency, quality and profitability.

Degree qualified with excellent communication skills you have led both transformational and ongoing improvement activities focussed on improving the bottom line. You will have a working knowledge of CI tools such as lean, Six Sigma or TPM and you will be ambitious to rapidly progress your career. Key to your success will be your capacity to drive cultural change combined with a willingness to be hands on at site level coaching and mentoring staff in continuous improvement.
