The primary responsibility of this position is to support and develop the knowledge, skills and clinical nursing practice of the GSAHS nurses (novice, and newly appointed) through: skills enhancement, educational opportunities and critical reflection, underpinned by evidence based and best practice principles. The secondary responsibility of this position is to work with site managers to ensure the clinical assessment processes and practice development occurs in line with generalist staffing needs.
