Day Surgery/Recovery Nurse Unit Manager

Naiman Clarke currently has a fantastic opportunity for a senior registered nurse to join a leading facility located west of the city.
This facility is a private hospital dealing with a range of surgical specialities including vascular, orthopaedic, gynae, plastics and general surgic al procedures.
The operating suite has 5 theatre rooms and 12 recovery beds, all with new, state-of-the-art equipment.
A position now exits for a Nurse Unit Manager to undertake the clinical management of the Recovery and Day Surgery department.
Essential criteria include:
- Minimum 4 years post graduate experience in the peri operative environment
- Post graduate qualification
- Experience dealing with budgets/targets
- Knowledge of the accreditation process/requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The successful applicant will ideally have a strong background in day surgery and recovery management.
