Temporary Administration Officer/Tenterfield

• Temporary Administration Officer - up to 12 months
• Circa $54,000 per annum
• Based in Tenterfield

TransGrid is a state owned corporation which owns, operates and manages the New South Wales high voltage electricity network. TransGrid has an extensive capital works program with a wide range of projects involving the construction of the 330kV transmission line. As a result of this work, we have a need for a Temporary Administration Officer. This position will be based at the Tenterfield associated works sites.

Reporting to the Site Projects Manager, you will be required to:

• Assist in project administration for the Dumaresq to Lismore 330kV line
• Manage the local filing system for the site
• Compile and distribute reports, including typing of documents and photographs
• Prepare documentation for monthly meetings and record minutes
• Enter data into various computer databases and record information on spreadsheets and graphs
• Monitor and record expenditure and follow up on creditor invoices

• School Certificate or equivalent together with relevant experience
• Relevant experience in scheduling of activities and to achieve set goals
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment and with the public and other agencies
• Excellent Microsoft work package knowledge and experience and in file management systems
• A current driver’s licence

Base salary is in the range of $ 54,484 to $59,406, according to qualifications and experience, plus 13% employer contribution to superannuation.
